STL is seeking some dynamic and proactive Business Development Associates to join our growing team and assist in the company’s growth. The Business Development Associate will identify and research potential business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and execute marketing plans. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and can work independently.

Job Responsibilities
Digital Marketing and Content Creation:
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Create engaging social media content, maintain content calendars, and ensure timely publication of high-quality content.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Provide insights into market dynamics, opportunities, and threats to guide strategic decisions.
Business Development and Client Engagement:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new project opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and stakeholders under managerial guidance.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and client presentations.
Collaboration and Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with technical teams to align marketing and business development efforts.
- Support creating business plans, business models, and scope of work.
Operational Excellence:
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
Preferred: The applicants should have 1-2 years of professional experience in Business Development or a related role.
Freshers are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate the required skills and potential.
Job Requirements
As a Business Development Associate, we are looking for the below-mentioned skills and qualifications:
- Ability to identify and act on trends to unlock potential growth areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SEO tools or analytics platforms.
- Strong organization and project management skills focusing on attention to detail will be a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other online campaign tools to measure and enhance digital marketing performance will be a plus.
- A basic understanding of managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram will be a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visually appealing content will be a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, particularly in English.
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability, agility, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Demonstrated competency in business growth and development.
- Strong self-control, pursuit of excellence, effective self-compression, self-motivation.
