Streams Tech Ltd. is looking for qualified and experienced environmental engineers to join our dynamic team. This position is focused on managing the ongoing and potential water resources management and GIS application projects of Streams Tech.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be assigned to provide project development support, manage and deliver water resources projects, and prepare and review project reports and technical documents.
  • You will have to lead, coordinate or work in a team and assist the engineers in applying principles, methods, and techniques of water resources engineering and GIS.
  • You will also support the software development team with subject matter expertise in designing Streams Tech’s present and upcoming water modeling software.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Water Resource Engineering, or Environmental Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years working experience in water resource management or related activities/projects.

Job Requirements

As an Environmental Engineer, the ideal candidate will carry the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in working with GIS software and ArcGIS technologies.
  • Experience in working with hydrologic, hydraulic and water quality simulation software, such as SWMM packages, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, WaterCAD, EPANET, etc.
  • Strong analytical capability, content development and report writing skills, and ownership-taking mindset.
  • Knowledge of Database Management, Object Oriented Programming, e.g., Python.
  • Experience in conducting water resource assessments, data analysis, and modeling.
  • Experience in leading a team to achieve the targets under the assigned project and implement the work plan with quality deliverables as per project requirements and time frame.
  • Ability to design and implement processes to solve challenges based on data.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • Experience in working in cross-disciplinary teams is a plus.
  • Stay current with advancements in GIS technology, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling techniques, and water resource management practices through continuous learning and professional development.
