STL is seeking talented UI/UX Designers with proven experience to join our design team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in graphic design, excellent problem-solving skills, and producing high-quality user interface that aligns with our brand’s vision.

Job Responsibilities
- Enhance and improve the design of our existing websites and platforms.
- Utilize AI tools to generate unique, creative, and visually compelling designs.
- Create UI mockups that translate seamlessly into responsive HTML/CSS.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
- Design user-centric interfaces focusing on accessibility and usability standards.
- Create design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, and product promotions.
- Optimize website and application designs for performance and responsiveness.
- Incorporate client and team feedback to refine and improve designs iteratively.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, graphics design, or equivalent (Preferred but not mandatory if skills are exceptional).
Experience Requirements
The applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in User interface design, Graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Hands-on experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Understanding of design systems and how to implement them consistently across projects.
- Ability to use AI tools to enhance the creative process.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git for collaborative development will be a plus.
