STL is seeking an exceptional UI/UX Engineer with strong product thinking capabilities to join our design team. We're looking for a user-centered designer who combines technical proficiency with deep user empathy, capable of translating complex user needs into intuitive digital experiences that drive business results.  

• Collaborate with product managers, project managers, and developers to understand user needs and business objectives. 
• Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. 
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.  
• Maintain a strong focus on UX principles to ensure inclusive design practices. 
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries. 
• Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. 
• Analyze user behavior data and usability metrics to optimize user experience.  
• Create compelling design presentations and documentation for stakeholders. 

BSc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering, Graphic Design or related field. Additional certifications in UX/UI design, design thinking, or user research are preferred. 

The applicants should have 2-4 years of progressive experience in UI/UX design or product design.  

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar and design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop etc. 
• Solid understanding of design principles, methodologies, modern UI trends, and aesthetics. 
• Strong graphic design skills. 
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS required, and understanding of front-end development principles is a plus. 
• Experience conducting user research tools and usability testing platforms. 
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software, such as AI tools. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging UI/UX design technologies.
